My research focuses on Learning Environment Design in Japanese language education, integrating language pedagogy, learner autonomy, and technology-enhanced approaches to support sustained learner development and program continuity. It further examines how community-oriented Japanese language programs can be designed to foster continuity and sustained student engagement.
